Villa rental prices are for the whole villa per week in EURO. The rental prices includes; electric, water and gas bills, daily swimming pool and garden maintenance, swimming pool chemicals, weekly housekeeping, weekly linen and towels and fully equipped kitchen. The rental rates excludes; air-conditioning, food and drinks, flights and airport transfers. Villa Kaya is rented on weekly basis, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Other days can be considered. Optional extras; air-conditioning (100 Euro per week), high chair, baby car seat, dvd player, car rental, scooter/motorbike, airport transfers and daily excursions. |

- Group M: Renault Clio, Fiat Palio, Fiat Albea. - Minimum 2 Years Old Of Valid National Or International Driving License And 21 Years Of Age. - Rates Include: Oil And Maintenance, 18% V.A.T. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), THEFT, PAI (Personal - Accident Insurance) insurance. Rates Exclude Gasoline, TWHLB (Tire Puncture, Wind Screen, Head Light, Breakage Is 4 € Per Day). - Cars are collected and returned at Bodrum airport. Should you wish to book a private transfer you may do so. |
